Our own shrimp and scallop skewers, marinated ready to grill or pan sear right out of the box. Each kit contains about 0.3lbs of each scallops and shrimp, marinated in a delicious chili garlic oil and lemon zest (don’t worry, they’re more garlicky than spicy!).
For these skewers we use premium 10/20 Hokkaido scallops and Laughing Bird shrimp. The Hokkaido scallops need no introduction- they’re the most delicious scallops on the market. Laughing Bird shrimp are sustainably farm-raised in the Caribbean and prized by chefs for their clean taste. They are raised entirely on a vegetarian diet and one of the few fisheries in the world certified organic by the EU (organic seafood certification does not yet exist in the US).
